EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY (CANCELLATION)
The exchange service takes 2 to 5 business days.
Promotion items are not exchangeable.
Products damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted.
Products with defects or discoloration problems will only be exchanged within 30 days after the date of purchase.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, labels and tags and without any indication of use.
If any divergence is found, Princess Rio Biquínis is exempt from accepting the return and making the exchange, and the product will automatically be sent back to the original address without prior consultation and with freight charges.
The exchange will only be made upon receipt of the product in one of our stores (the product must be shipped to store that is indicated by the company) and check its conditions.
In the case of product return and refund of the purchase, the amount spent on shipping the product, as well as the return by post, is the responsibility of the customer, with the refund of the parts only.
Princess Rio Biquínis has 30 (thirty) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt of your product in our Call Center, to resolve the incident. Princess Rio Bikinis determines the shipping method.
To avoid any problems with your purchase, stay tuned:
- With the description of the product you are purchasing.
- With the color, pattern and size of the product.

The predicted situations are:
1. Exchange for consumer convenience
(regret, withdrawal, did not like the product or did not serve)
- Trading for convenience is not a Consumer Right!
Changing due to taste, color or size is not mandatory, but a courtesy from the store.
- The consumer may, within 7 (seven) days from receipt of the product, withdraw from the purchase, and the exchange of the product or refund of the purchase price may be made.
- The company is not responsible for involuntary return by the Post Office
- In all cases mentioned above, the return and reshipment freight is the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Product with manufacturing defect or Defective
If the purchased product has a manufacturing defect, you should contact us.
In this case you can choose to:
- Exchange for another similar product, in perfect condition.
- Refund of the amount paid.
3. Product at odds with the order
For your safety, make sure at the time of delivery that the product delivered is the same as the product purchased.
If you detect at the time of delivery that the product differs from the product you purchased, you can choose to:
- Exchange for the correct product, as described in the purchase.
- Refund of the amount paid.
